Great experience. The booking process was straightforward, the truck was clean and well-maintained, and pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The lady who assisted us was helpful and clear with instructions. Would definitely use this service again.

EDIT: We declined the extra charges over the phone and explained clearly what occurred. Your reply makes it sound like this was approved by us. Good Front Counter Staff Ute as Described Ready on Time Someone hadn't put the UHF Aerial on properly and falls off during trip - Charges us when we've already paid absolute premium rates and explained what happened. $2300 for a one week car rental is already extortion and we were happy to pay. The third time we have used this company and again it was an excellent experience. The booking experience was very easy & the pricing was very competitive. Conditions of the hire are set out very clearly. The Cairns crew met us in a very friendly manner and provided all info we needed. The vehicle was in excellent condition and we had no problems throughout the 12 day hire. Our drop-off was also super easy and friendly.
Great service! From the moment we spoke to Trish to make our reservation for a furniture truck she was friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable with the truck we were going to rent. When we went to pick up the truck we were greeted by Trish and she was exactly the same as she was on the phone. She showed us over the truck and explained how everything worked. She made the the whole process easy and quick. We definitely recommend 1300 Meteor and will use them again in the future.
