Allie was the best! Our flights were delayed arriving into Mt Isa and she kindly stayed late past business hours to pick us up from the airport and collect the rental car. Pick up and drop off of the car was met with the warmest hello and amazing service the from Allie the whole way through. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We actually rented two cars for our work trip - one from 1300 Meteor and one from another rental company in town and I have nothing positive to say about the another company. Maryanne at the Mt Isa location was amazing. Our car had broken down and she helped organise a replacement vehicle with ease over the phone. She saved our holiday! All the staff on pickup and drop off were super friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

The guys here are sooo helpful. Hired a mining Ute for 5 days, had to extent our hire twice and these guys made it completely painless. Had a problem with out two radio, they swapped it out in minutes........outstanding professional service........big shout out to Kim, thanks for all you help!
