Highly recommend! Rented a 4WD+canopy+ baby car seat with a oneway return in Cairns. Great communication and patience with all my inquiries prior to renting the car. Staff were very friendly and the car we received was clean and pretty new for a rental agency. Although we came during the busy school holiday, everything went smoothly and quickly upon pickup and drop off. Thank you!
Really helpful staff, we had Gypsy pick us up from the airport and Bree drop us off at the end of our trip. Working with the team was a breeze and we would highly recommend 1300 over the other usual car rental companies. Great advice and guidelines for visiting Maggie as well.
We have had an excellent experience with this car rental firm. From our earliest phone and email contacts the staff have been friendly, helpful and professional. The pick up process was quick and easy. The car was in very good condition and the daily rental price was much more reasonable than other firms. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this car rental firm. We will certainly use them again in the future. Rosie and Bill
First of all - Admin woman, Storm, you are a gem!! You are the first point of contact for this company, and I think you should know how amazing you have been to be dealing with, and I hope they appreciate you! Your customer service is amazing, above and beyond. Whole process has been smooth! Pricing for the 20 cube meter truck was priced well, very affordable compared to everyone else in Townsville. Thank you so much, and Storm - THANK YOU!
Their tariffs are excellent in comparison to the airport car rental providers. The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. They even gave me a lift to the airport. I unreservedly recommend Meteor Townsville
