Awesome ute hire. Good rates. They called in the morning to see how our flights to Townsville were going and to arrange pick up. They picked up our entire family (2 adults, three kids) from the airport in a six seater and drove us to their premises (a couple of minutes away) and then we were very quickly on our way. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us a couple of car seats for the kids and registered an extra driver for no extra charge. Much better experience than hiring a car at the airport terminal. Everything from the booking to the return was excellent. The girls in the office were wonderful. The van was clean, full of fuel and ran like a dream. 100% recommend hiring from these guys
Outstanding customer service specially from Sam at reception. They were extremely understanding of a personal situation that unfortunately caused me to be late with my return and I highly recommend them for this as well as the quality of the vehicles available. Definitely will use again.
Lovely car rental experience in Townsville! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up returning the car earlier than expected and we receive a refund for the unused day. They even went the extra mile by picking us up and dropping us off at our accommodation in Townsville.
