Fantastic customer service by the front desk during the busy school holidays period. Can't fault them and super happy with how they took care of me. I hope their good deeds aren't without reward. Car was great and process was super easy.

I cannot fault these guys. I only booked a car one day before I needed it, the staff responded to my email really quickly and I got a brand new Toyota Yaris to drive. The rates are excellent and you can reduce the excess a lot but you can't reduce it to zero. The lowest is $550. To round off my top notch experience, they dropped me back to my accommodation after I returned the car which I greatly appreciated.

Thank you Meteor for not taking our business... How much weight would you expect to be able to carry on a car trailer? Turned up to hire a car trailer from Meteor Townsville and was told they were only rated to 1,000kg!!!! Ummm, that's a micro or a mini or maybe a beetle! Seriously, 1 tonne? That's a pretty poor excuse for a car trailer, or a very poorly trained staff member! Needless to say we went to the mob at Mt Low and grabbed one there, cheaper hire AND it even had a winch on it! Winning!

I rented a car from 1300 Meteor Townsville for the first time in August 2023 for a week. The car was great for the 2 of us while visiting Townsville. The daily rate was very reasonable compared to other companies. Staff where very helpful and even offered to drive us to our next destination after we dropped the car off. Great service and highly recommended.

Dropped the car off today and was about to order an Uber to the airport when they said they would run me down! Excellent service. Thanks guys
