Awesome ute hire. Good rates. They called in the morning to see how our flights to Townsville were going and to arrange pick up. They picked up our entire family (2 adults, three kids) from the airport in a six seater and drove us to their premises (a couple of minutes away) and then we were very quickly on our way. Everything from the booking to the return was excellent. The girls in the office were wonderful. The van was clean, full of fuel and ran like a dream. 100% recommend hiring from these guys
Outstanding customer service specially from Sam at reception. They were extremely understanding of a personal situation that unfortunately caused me to be late with my return and I highly recommend them for this as well as the quality of the vehicles available. Definitely will use again.
Lovely car rental experience in Townsville! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up returning the car earlier than expected and we receive a refund for the unused day. They even went the extra mile by picking us up and dropping us off at our accommodation in Townsville. Truly above-and-beyond service—highly recommend!
Absolutely 10/10 for service! They may not have a modern online booking system but you can guarantee fantastic prompt service from a real person. Great service all around from pick-up to drop off and then the amazing service to drop us to the Ferry which took ages due to all the road closures for the world triathlon championships.
