Daniel provided a fantastic service. Our shade sale is custom to our space, the limitations with covering the pool and providing shade on house. Daniel was very responsive at every instance, providing great advice and suggestions to potential concerns we hadn't factored in. We'll use ACTShade for our next shade solution.
Very, very happy with the service Daniel provided. He dropped off and picked up the sample book to our house and helped us make the decision on the colour choice, which, now that the sail is installed, clearly was the right choice. He wasn't happy with the construction of the sail when it was first installed and removed and replaced it at no cost to us. He came when he said he would, and is just an all round really lovely guy. I cannot recommend too highly.
Exceeds our expectations. Excellent responsive service from Daniel including thoughtful and professional frame construction which complemented the style of and timber in our outdoor area perfectly. The Shaderunner is easy to use, drains well in wet weather and makes our deck much more comfortable during summer while ( when retracted) allowing us to get sun into the house in winter. The Shaderunner has proved to be the ideal solution for us.
Couldn’t recommend Daniel and ACT Shades enough. We are delighted with our Shaderunner solution. We are located on the South Coast of NSW and from first phone call to completion of installation Daniel has been prompt and concise. His and Brendan’s attention to detail in planning and completion of a fully customized mounting solution was second to none and would absolutely contact them again should we require additional shade solutions in the future.
Unbelievably good service. ACTshade in no time all delivered the perfect outdoor living solution. Quoting my wife, "Daniel is an artist."
