Daniel provided a fantastic service. Our shade sale is custom to our space, the limitations with covering the pool and providing shade on house. Daniel was very responsive at every instance, providing great advice and suggestions to potential concerns we hadn't factored in. We'll use ACTShade for our next shade solution.
We are thrilled with our retractable shade structure from ACT Shade. As we had a tricky area to cover, Daniel spent considerable time with us working through different options and recommended a new custom product. As this was a new product at the time, Daniel invested a lot of his own time to personally ensure that the product was perfect (which it is). We are very happy with the end product but also the professional and friendly service, and attention to detail.
Couldn’t recommend Daniel and ACT Shades enough. We are delighted with our Shaderunner solution. We are located on the South Coast of NSW and from first phone call to completion of installation Daniel has been prompt and concise. His and Brendan’s attention to detail in planning and completion of a fully customized mounting solution was second to none and would absolutely contact them again should we require additional shade solutions in the future.
