Great experience. The booking process was straightforward, the truck was clean and well-maintained, and pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The lady who assisted us was helpful and clear with instructions. Would definitely use this service again.

EDIT: We declined the extra charges over the phone and explained clearly what occurred. Your reply makes it sound like this was approved by us. Good Front Counter Staff Ute as Described Ready on Time Someone hadn't put the UHF Aerial on properly and falls off during trip - Charges us when we've already paid absolute premium rates and explained what happened. $2300 for a one week car rental is already extortion and we were happy to pay. Pushing for that extra little bit when your team didn't put the aerial on properly. No go... read more

After trying 6 other car hire places 1300 Meteor was the only company that would let us drive on gravel to Forsyth to see Cobbold George. The booking was transparent and the most competitive rates. Returning the car Donna drove us to the airport, saving us having to get an Uber. Will certainly use you guys in the future.
