Absolutely 10/10 for service! They may not have a modern online booking system but you can guarantee fantastic prompt service from a real person. Great service all around from pick-up to drop off and then the amazing service to drop us to the Ferry which took ages due to all the road closures for the world triathlon championships. Great service. Car we hired was brand new. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to drop us to accommodation and then delivered a dropped item to us. Nothing at all was a problem for the team at Meteor. Thanks again!
Great service and great cars!!! They have picked us up from our accommodation to go collect the car and on drop of they were happy to drop us off to the ferry after the car was returned. Communication was good!! Thank you and we will definitely use them again!!!
I cannot fault these guys. I only booked a car one day before I needed it, the staff responded to my email really quickly and I got a brand new Toyota Yaris to drive. The rates are excellent and you can reduce the excess a lot but you can't reduce it to zero. The lowest is $550. To round off my top notch experience, they dropped me back to my accommodation after I returned the car which I greatly appreciated.
These guys were absolutely terrific. We needed a vehicle on very short notice which they organised, then we were late returning the vehicle and they waited past business hours for us...and then provided a lift to the airport as well! Highly recommend them, particularly after having a rather sour experience the previous day with a different rental company.
