Something very wrong was afoot here. Very bad energy from all staff, poor communication, possible poor workmanship, were taking me for a ride and possibly caused damage to my vehicle. The long story, I pulled up to AJs to seek their professional opinion on whether I could drive back to Syd with my fan belt the way it was. It was around 1pm. Dropped my mother’s car in for a deep ‘valet’ clean and was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the job was and the care taken to neatly store all loose items in the boot. Julie in the front office was also able to arrange a same day pink slip which was incredibly helpful.

It might be because I am a Senior but I don’t think so. I am so impressed with the first class attention I receive. Everything up to expectation plus to and from home and car detailed at no extra cost. Why wouldn’t I keep returning?

I gave this business a poor review on 17 June 2024. They got back to me and explained things. I take back what I said, now I think they were reasonable and fair, but I can't find the review to take it down@
