I’ve had my tyres fixed with Alpha for a few years now & today was no different to the exceptional service. Ash & James are really helpful & polite. I came out to my car today with a flat Tyre luckily I had an air pump I gave them a call at lunch Ash picked up straight away and said to bring it in anytime today that was convenient for me. I drove there & they assisted immediately had the tyre repaired & out the door in 30min got to sit in AC room enjoy a coffee. Great response to a minor family emergency, and the technician was a really nice young fella, thank you. After-hours call out fee stung but that's the cost of getting an untimely puncture!
I limped into Alpha after getting a flat and was greeted with a smile and an assurance that it would only be ten to fifteen minutes and I would be on my way The staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful. I could not have had better service anywhere else and I would recommend them to anyone
