I’ve had my tyres fixed with Alpha for a few years now & today was no different to the exceptional service. Ash & James are really helpful & polite. I came out to my car today with a flat Tyre luckily I had an air pump I gave them a call at lunch Ash picked up straight away and said to bring it in anytime today that was convenient for me. I drove there & they assisted immediately had the tyre repaired & out the door in 30min got to sit in AC room enjoy a coffee. Just had 10 truck tyres changed at Alpha Tyres in Echuca, I called Jake on Tuesday and the tyres were fitted on Wednesday morning, their customer service is fantastic and I was in and out in 2hrs (would have been quicker if they didn’t have to bring out the big bar to crack the nuts on one of the steer wheels.) Thanks Ash and Jake, I’ll be back in the future.
Very happy with Jake and the teams’ service. They explained the options available and were happy to help me get the best tyres for my needs! Great price, service and our car drove away feeling so much better!
Great response to a minor family emergency, and the technician was a really nice young fella, thank you. After-hours call out fee stung but that's the cost of getting an untimely puncture!
I limped into Alpha after getting a flat and was greeted with a smile and an assurance that it would only be ten to fifteen minutes and I would be on my way The staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful. I could not have had better service anywhere else and I would recommend them to anyone
