I cannot thank Craig enough for his mechanic skills, first thing this morning. I’ve driven up from Melbourne to attend the CiderFestival and my car was belching black smoke all of the way and losing power on the Hills. It was supposed to have been repaired by Subaru Frankston who assured me the car was ready to drive - how wrong they were ! Craig and his team were excellent in treating me fairly and well and with solving my cars problem. At all times I was treated with respect, something seriously lacking in the industry. I highly recommend Anderson Automotive Tumut to other women.
We blew a turbo in our 2013 Ranger at the beginning of a November. Craig was the only one in the area to put his hand up and say ‘yep, bring it in’. We live in Sydney (hubby works FIFO) and Craig has been an absolute Godsend in communicating with us on a weekly basis in regards to what’s happening.
