Had one of their whole house filters installed 12 months ago. Due for a filter change so I was just looking at ordering a replacement, I have tried calling, emailing and website contact. Impossible to get any response from these guys. Id go somewhere with better service next time when considering a filtration system.
Great knowledge and service. We built approx 13 months ago south of Toowoomba and we went through AquaGuard, Bruce knew exactly the quality of water out here and recommended/sold us an ION Exchange system (water softener) for the whole house, which breaks down the hard minerals so it doesn’t build up in the pipes, appliances etc. I have heard a lot of complaints about the water quality of where we are and have seen pictures of peoples pipes blocked with calcium, replacing appliances annually and replacing hot water systems ... read more
After years of research and enquiries I finally bought an aquaguard whole house filter for our tank water and I am so happy I did. I am extremely OCD about drinking water and my tap water is amazing!!!! Filter also has a washable filter and a once yearly replaceable part which I love! I used the plumber recommended by the owner and am very impressed with her work!
Businesses like this are one of the things I love about Toowoomba. Unlike many of the large multinational chain stores, these small businesses are run by knowledgeable and experienced people like Bruce, who is always happy to share his expertise. He carries quality products suited to the job at hand, at competitive prices. I have no hesitation in recommending AquaGuard as a trustworthy business.
I would not recommend this company at all. After I had paid for the water filter system the service was horrible. Instead of someone from the company installing their product in my home, they left me to find and pay extra for a plumber to install it. Then after installation my water tasted worse so I requested someone from the company come to check the installation which never eventuated, despite multiple requests on my end.
