In early July 2019 I tried to book my LC200 into Mount Isa Toyota as we were passing through. They had a four week waiting list. I contacted Autofirst in Mt Isa,spoke to Ajay who booked in within a few days. The service I received was friendly and first class. The premises are spotless.Staff drive back to the caravan park and picked me up again after service. Thanks Ajay. Highly recommended.
OMG after being knocked back by 2 other mechanics because of how late it was, we pulled into AUTOFIRST SERVICE & REPAIRS at 4:50pm with a busted blinker and bent guard after hitting a roo and the guys there dropped everything to get us back on the road! We couldn’t thank them enough! Talk about service with a smile what great guys 😊

We were travelling a couple of weeks ago and needed a service on our Pajero Autofirst did the service and when out of their way to be helpful They dropped us up town then picked us up when it was ready They washed our car free of charge The price for the service was very reasonable

Did an air-pressure test and some replacements for my car. Reliable mechanic and really patient to explain everything with helpful suggestions. would recommend it.😀
I booked in a general service and replacement glow plugs for our VW Multivan 2 weeks in advance. Yes two weeks in advance. Today they had the car all day but apparently didn't have time to do the glow plugs. And then had the nerve to tell me that they couldn't fit me in to do the job until next week because they are fully booked this week! We are a travelling family and won't be here next week...
