Massive shout out to the team at AutoSpark, who did a dashboard-out and refit for an evaporator unit replacement on my Prado. They were communicative and flexible in accomodating my logistical challenges of getting the car to/from them, they completed the job in a shorter time frame than expected, and even when a small issue needed to be rectified, they took full responsibility and resolved it within a day. Called in and had my Alternator assessed for a Warranty claim. Item was NOT supplied by Autospark Joondalup but they gave me outstanding service and aided me in making a claim with supplier. Drove in due to my windscreen wipers constantly going even when engine was turned off. Greeted straight away and the gentleman looked at my car immediately and advised they were unable to fix the error as it needed to go to the dealer however he removed the fuse box and didn’t charge me a cent. I was so grateful for such wonderful helpful service. Thank you!
