Had the best experience at Battery World Cairns today. Mikey was genuinely outstanding , super efficient, super friendly, and had great banter the whole way through. I was in and out so quickly and left feeling really looked after. Honestly a 10/10 experience. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Tony is a legend. He fitted a new battery in my Prado within minutes then spent a good 10+ minutes fault finding the issue with my second battery (which he didn't have to do at all) He was kind, made sense of things and genuinely wanted to help. After a little tinkering, he eliminated a couple of the potential issues and sent me on my way with recommendations. I drove from Smithfield based on the reviews of Tony and the team and would absolutely return for any future needs.

Excellent, prompt service. Mikey hall the details from previous business on hand and was able to dispatch a breakdown technician at short notice. Dan Was friendly and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service Thanks Battery world Cairns

I've had the best experience with Battery World Cairns. Mikey really looked after me and went above and beyond. Takes the stress out of the situation and even carried my battery from the car and back.
