Just damn good, should be 10 stars. Every time I go there the staff always go out their way to be very helpful. Went to all other battery places and they never assist you. But these blokes make sure you are well looked after. Always recommend these guys, to everyone. Won't be disappointed.
Tony is a legend. He fitted a new battery in my Prado within minutes then spent a good 10+ minutes fault finding the issue with my second battery (which he didn't have to do at all) He was kind, made sense of things and genuinely wanted to help. After a little tinkering, he eliminated a couple of the potential issues and sent me on my way with recommendations. I drove from Smithfield based on the reviews of Tony and the team and would absolutely return for any future needs.
Excellent customer service. I rocked up unannounced and needed a battery fitted to my 4x4 asap. Young fella went out of his way to help me out and we had a good shit talk while he swapped the battery for me. Great service, really nice staff and fun chat. Highly recommend.
Young Tui sorted me out with new battery for and old motorcycle. Needed 40 more cca without increasing actual battery dimensions. Fantastic service from Tui. He knows his product and didn't hesitate with an old bloke asking for a magic wand fix. As a ex Auto Sparkie in the 80s & 90s it great see the young fellows with a passion for their trade and service.
Outstanding service by Sean! Went in to change my yuasa battery for my Mazda. He swapped out the old and even checked it with the tester to confirm a fault. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely recommend doing business here.
