Called Battery World at 4.57 pm on Friday afternoon after getting a jump start from a friends place. The lady who answered was so obliging and friendly, said they would be happy to wait for me, and sort a new battery if it was required!! Explained the products and warranty conditions of each and then proceeded to process the paperwork while a fella fitted the battery. Great friendly staff.First contact by phone lady very helpful. Then visited store to pick up goods. Lovely to have a short conversation with lady. I have attended this shop on several occasions and always feel you are treated well. Well done battery world.
Rang up 815am and they had me sorted and at work before 9am. They gave me 2 possible prices depending on the battery needed. Was greeted immediately ended up being the lower of the prices, took them 15 mins staff were welcoming polite didnt make me feel like an idiot knowing nothing about cars.
Jason from battery world Townsville is the absolute best! You can tell he doesn’t just care about his job but also the people / community! Jason came down to battery test my car as it wasn’t starting… Came to a conclusion that it wasn’t a battery issue… and the kindness he showed by going a step ahead to direct us to someone who can solve our issue… Jason left and decided to come back in his own time to make sure he was sure about his diagnosis on the car. Yesterday Tuesday 1st of July I needed a new Battery for my Hyundai Tucson, so I drove to Battery World on Ingham Rd, I drove straight into the service area and a Gentleman greeted me politely and asked me what I needed, 10 minutes later I drove out with new battery installed, Fantastic Service.
