Tim came out with after service and helped me with my truck he was very professional on time and very knowledgable. Cant thank you enough mate just did a 12 hour day and you got us up and running to finish a 14 hour day. Always had great service with this crew thank you so much
Yesterday Tuesday 1st of July I needed a new Battery for my Hyundai Tucson, so I drove to Battery World on Ingham Rd, I drove straight into the service area and a Gentleman greeted me politely and asked me what I needed, 10 minutes later I drove out with new battery installed, Fantastic Service. I was desperately needing a new battery for my motorbike so I could get to work. RACQ came, confirmed battery was dead, but they don't replace bike batteries. So I called around, was referred to Battery World who gave me a quote and said they'll come to house. They were there in a very short time and replaced battery with no problems. My start batteries failed and Battery World sorted out the issue, recharged them and had them reinstalled within a few days. They kept me informed through the process. I have no hesitation in giving these guys 5 stars. They were great, I even baked them some choc chip cookies.
Greg was extremely helpful and his employee was on the job swiftly. My vehicles battery is in a difficult to reach position but the lad wasn't deterred by the challenge ahead of him. Great service, good pricing. Thanks Greg.
