Went in to the Garbutt shop for a routine new battery for my wife’s car. Discussed with Gavin a couple of concerns about the terminals on my own battery and not only was he super helpful and polite he swapped out my terminals then and there for a very decent price. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and these days that’s something to be valued. 11/10 service - I’ll definitely be back.
Battery world Townsville, as soon as I entered the premises the manager greeted with hello how can I help you today, I explained my problem with car slow to start, would you like to drive out to workshop & we will check the battery, drove around to meet a mechanic waiting, he checked the battery and showed me on the meter , battery is less than half power and also installed 4 years ago. Had a flat battery rang them and someone came not long after and as it was not an old battery swapped one for me to get around and mine to recharge and check if it is me not using my car much or the battery had a fault. They then delivered and changed my battery back in. Both times the same person and customer service was top notch with a have a great rest of your afternoon. Terrific service indeed.
Called Battery World at 4.57 pm on Friday afternoon after getting a jump start from a friends place. The lady who answered was so obliging and friendly, said they would be happy to wait for me, and sort a new battery if it was required!! Explained the products and warranty conditions of each and then proceeded to process the paperwork while a fella fitted the battery. Rang up 815am and they had me sorted and at work before 9am. They gave me 2 possible prices depending on the battery needed. Was greeted immediately ended up being the lower of the prices, took them 15 mins staff were welcoming polite didnt make me feel like an idiot knowing nothing about cars.
