Got a great price on a small battery for my sliding gate. Actually picked up the right battery but it had the wrong terminals. Boys were out to my house within 15mins with the correct one. Wow awesome service.
Extremely happy with the prompt service. My battery died whilst at Bunnings at Domain temp was around 34 d humidity about 75 no shade . A quick call to Battery World Townsville and within 10 minutes a tech arrived changed my battery and I was on my all within 1/2 hr . So thank you from a slightly frazzled old fella . Went in to the Garbutt shop for a routine new battery for my wife’s car. Discussed with Gavin a couple of concerns about the terminals on my own battery and not only was he super helpful and polite he swapped out my terminals then and there for a very decent price. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and these days that’s something to be valued. 11/10 service - I’ll definitely be back.
Had a flat battery rang them and someone came not long after and as it was not an old battery swapped one for me to get around and mine to recharge and check if it is me not using my car much or the battery had a fault. They then delivered and changed my battery back in. Both times the same person and customer service was top notch with a have a great rest of your afternoon. Terrific service indeed.
