Much more affordable compared to the regular shopping centre locksmith, battery, key stall. Battery World were efficient and knowledgeable. Pulled up out the front, changed my batteries on my car keys, and was done within minutes. Saved me going into a crowded shopping centre on a Saturday morning and fighting for a car space. Thank you. Prior to this they helped with a car battery service delivery during February 2024 floods when RACQ was a 3hr wait. They came within half an hour.
Always great service. I pulled in behind 2 other vehicles and they had my battery tested and changed within 20 minutes. Front staff were kind and caring and great customer service as well. I bring all vehicles, including work vehicles here because I have never had a bad or even half a bad experience. Will always drive to this place first no matter how far away it is
Extremely happy with the prompt service. My battery died whilst at Bunnings at Domain temp was around 34 d humidity about 75 no shade . A quick call to Battery World Townsville and within 10 minutes a tech arrived changed my battery and I was on my all within 1/2 hr . So thank you from a slightly frazzled old fella . Got a great price on a small battery for my sliding gate. Actually picked up the right battery but it had the wrong terminals. Boys were out to my house within 15mins with the correct one. Wow awesome service.
Went in to the Garbutt shop for a routine new battery for my wife’s car. Discussed with Gavin a couple of concerns about the terminals on my own battery and not only was he super helpful and polite he swapped out my terminals then and there for a very decent price. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and these days that’s something to be valued. 11/10 service - I’ll definitely be back.
