Booked for a schedule to have our aircon serviced. Was told they would ring me the day they were going to our house, I even gave an alternative number just in case, but more than a week has already passed and not even one call from them. I tried ringing them from 27-29 February to ask what time they will come but it just kept on ringing no one answers. Would've been nice if someone rang to inform us if they can't do it anymore right??
