From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and quickly shown to our own cozy booth, which set the tone for a fantastic evening. Excellent food! Coming in form Sydney this was like a revelation! Will make it a must visit on our next trip down south. Excellent quality and presentation. The prawn Thai soba was one of the best we’ve ever had. The sashimi salad was fresh and well paired with everything in it.
A cozy Japanese restaurant in the heart of Nowra. Reasonably priced and lovingly prepared. The staff are friendly and they have a wide selection to choose from and everything tastes fresh and authentic!
Wow! What was a last minute decision and not expecting much ended up being one of the best Japanese restaurants we have ever been too. The sushi was incredible! Serving sizes were larger than we expected, such great value for money. Hidden gem, will remember this if we ever visit Nowra again
Ordered the Karaage set. The karaage looked good but was anything but. It was dry, tough and the breading was only slightly crispy, something that would be fine if the chicken itself was good. The cabbage underneath was dry and bitter, the rice was undercooked and the mayonnaise for the chicken was inside teriyaki(?) sauce.
