Excellent food! Coming in form Sydney this was like a revelation! Will make it a must visit on our next trip down south. Excellent quality and presentation. The prawn Thai soba was one of the best we’ve ever had. The sashimi salad was fresh and well paired with everything in it.
Wow! What was a last minute decision and not expecting much ended up being one of the best Japanese restaurants we have ever been too. The sushi was incredible! Serving sizes were larger than we expected, such great value for money. Hidden gem, will remember this if we ever visit Nowra again
Ordered the Karaage set. The karaage looked good but was anything but. It was dry, tough and the breading was only slightly crispy, something that would be fine if the chicken itself was good. The cabbage underneath was dry and bitter, the rice was undercooked and the mayonnaise for the chicken was inside teriyaki(?) sauce. This is our go-to restaurant for family celebration dinners. Amazing food at a reasonable price for the quality, and friendly, helpful staff. It can get noisy when it is busy, but not overwhelmingly so - try to snag booth seating if you want a more relaxing experience.
The food was delicious and was brought out quickly. The people who served us were very gracious and responsive with good recommendations. They were very nimble when taking orders and handling requests. The design of the restaurant was contemporary, with a beautiful mural, but also quite cosy and lively. We booked for dinner on a Friday night for three people.
