I won’t deal with anyone else now. My OT took me to ‘the others’ in town, who won’t service what they sell. Especially if you can ever get them to answer the phone!! Big Mike, in my experience, is the only ethical provider and equipment specialist in town. His knowledge of disability and aged care is impressive and he simply refuses to triple over-charge like the others in town have done to me. Loved the best equipment, and the in store cafe to reward myself after the effort LOL My support worker loved the bric a brac and stuff. No hassle and easy! Family owned company with experience with disabilities in their family. Honest and reliable.
What an amazing store. Big Mike had everything I needed to allow my elderly relative to remain at home. A one stop shop that enabled me to purchase everything I needed in the one place. Not only do they stock a huge range of scooters but every mobility aid you could possibly dream about. They even took the time to demonstrate an emergency alert system while we enjoyed our coffee from their in store cafe. Nothing is too much trouble for Big Mike and his team. Highly recommend this business
Stay away. This guy takes advantage of small businesses so I hate to think how he treats his elderly and disabled customers. He hired us to do work for him, sent email approving all work and commenting how impressed he was with our work then simply refused to pay the invoice for no reason. He still owes us money and I’ve been told we’re not the only small business he has done this to.
Big Mick's save me not once but twice l had a flat tyre on my scooter big mike's came to my house pick up my scooter and then a few weeks later the same thing happened again , thay had it back to me a few hours later. Big Mick's didn't have to do that because l never purchased my mobility scooter from them now whenever l need any parts or even a new scooter the only place l go is Big Mick's
