We highly and thoroughly recommend Big Red Carpet Cleaning Service. We were very impressed with their punctuality, helpfulness and communication. Whilst they had our rugs, they kept us well informed of the where they were up to and the delivery day. The young men were very polite, also helped us move the furniture back in place and gave us helpful tips on how to remove stains without using chemicals. Thank you Big Red, we will use you again.
