Was asked to bring my car in to have bushes and exhaust done on a Tuesday morning. Dropped off at 8am and picked it up at 6pm with only exhaust done (a 5 minute weld job) charged $565 for a half assed weld. Bushes were not even attempted. Would not recommend.
Went in to get My exhaust sorted out, I was told 2 days, it ended up being 7. Once it was completed I came in and payed the expensive bill and picked it up only to find the job was not done correctly so I called and was told to bring it back. I showed the issue and they said no problem it can be fixed, once the their mistakes were fixed and completed correctly they slugged me with another bill for labour. Extremely disappointed. I should not have had to pay extra if the job was not done correctly the first time.
Helped me out big time! Installed my Rhino Rack Pioneer 6 roof rack system onto my Ford Raptor in 24 hours. Got me out of a bind. Thank you Reece and team!!
0 stars - A very bad experience with these "professionals". We went to Boex Tyres to change the front right tyre on our Mercedes Sprinter van. The tyre was worn on the outisde, so we got it replaced and asked for a wheel alignment. They decided to inflate the new tyre to the maximum pressure allowed (94 psi) for this tyre and put the same pressure on all the other ones without checking. Bonetigs of Albion Park did a excellent job of installing a simple towbar. This place, however, failed to return a simple phone call on multiple occasions. I will Avoid Boex in future.
