Called in as they are the distributor of the tyre I need replaced ( it had only done about 3000 kms - Blackamour Comand A/T 285/70 R17) spoke to Rhys who was very helpful as were all the staff. He contacted the rep who then contacted me and advised he will replace the tyre. So rare these days for people that actually care and go out of their way to please. Highly recommend this business 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars from me.

Did all my truck tyres on my Hino 300 also found and fixed Exhaust leak.Rhys was super helpful Would highly recommend.

Had a punctured tyre at 8am, BOEX tyres had it fixed perfectly by 1:30pm. Couldn’t be happier.

0 stars - A very bad experience with these "professionals". We went to Boex Tyres to change the front right tyre on our Mercedes Sprinter van. The tyre was worn on the outisde, so we got it replaced and asked for a wheel alignment. They decided to inflate the new tyre to the maximum pressure allowed (94 psi) for this tyre and put the same pressure on all the other ones without checking. Went in to get My exhaust sorted out, I was told 2 days, it ended up being 7. Once it was completed I came in and payed the expensive bill and picked it up only to find the job was not done correctly so I called and was told to bring it back. I showed the issue and they said no problem it can be fixed, once the their mistakes were fixed and completed correctly they slugged me with another bill for labour. Extremely disappointed. I should not have had to pay extra if the job was not done correctly the first time.
