Great, knowledgeable staff both times we have been in. Gave us a full run through on how to use and service our new mower and filled it with oil and fuel to make sure it worked as expected prior to letting us take it home. Excellent service, thank you.
Walked in, stood in front of a hru216 ready to buy. Waited for 20 mins waiting for someone, but no sign of life. Checked the front counter where a girl waved at me to come to her....I walked out and went to mower city where I was greeted and looked after. Left with a bush ranger. 3 stars as I never really experienced anything, maybe I came on a bad day who knows but missed out on an easy sale that's for sure.
The staff at Braschs are always knowledgeable and polite, making every shopping experience a pleasant one. The sales team are especially honest and patient - taking the time to answer many of my queries over the years and always going above and beyond to help. My husband and I have purchased a few mowers and parts from Braschs over the past decade, and we've always been impressed by the quality and value for money. It's a business we trust, and we'll continue to shop there with confidence.
Good products but hopeless workshop! Unable to repair a very simple fix after keeping my brand new equipment for 2 weeks putting my business on hold. Other Stihl dealers seem to be 100% better!
I just had my Honda 4500W Inverter generator service by Braschs. I rang last week to organise pickup (Friday). Pete turned up on time and then had it back to me today (Wednesday). It was checked and serviced now ready for the cyclone season. Great service.
