Extremely Poor Service and Communication I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Brian Robert. I dropped off my car for the assessment over three weeks ago and have yet to receive any meaningful updates on the status of the repairs. The lack of communication has been staggering. Despite numerous phone calls and messages, I've been met with constant excuses and broken promises. From the pleasant lady who rang me to discuss its arrival home and making it happen when I said there was a deadline and she said it would make it happen.
