Extremely Poor Service and Communication I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Brian Robert. I dropped off my car for the assessment over three weeks ago and have yet to receive any meaningful updates on the status of the repairs. The lack of communication has been staggering. Despite numerous phone calls and messages, I've been met with constant excuses and broken promises. 7 month process to fix a small dent in my rear bumper starting in August 2023. I was initially told it would be a 3 month wait to get in (no issue, wasn’t anything major). The day before it was meant to go in I hadn't heard from anyone and decided to call to check.
