Took my car in half an hour before closing time with no appointment hoping they could do a quick assessment of a repair job. They took the car in straight away, gave me courtesy car, and two days later job was done. Impressed with how fast and easy everything was especially with no appointment. Thanks!
Was in a minor accident whilst on holiday in December. Got side swiped by a French man. Insurance allowed me to choose repairer, and based on feedback, I, as newbie in area, got from others, requested repairs to be done by Brian Roberts. Works has been completed. Very happy with the repairs done to our X-Trail. And the general service we received from all we interacted with, was great. Definitely a 100% recommendation from us. Keep up the great work.
They completed a repair on my vehicle which I was happy with. What I didn't like was the 300km joyride they took with it afterwards, not to mention pushing my average consumption from 7.1 to 7.8 in just 300km. Rang them about it and the reception lady told me that it was to calibrate the ADAS, the problem is even the service agents call this "excessive, you only need max 50km". I made a complaint with my insurance and I'm just being ignored, so here's my honest review. Never again Brian Roberts.
Dropped off my vehicle for a rear panel job and got it back the next day! Repair was well done, not to mention my van looked fresh with some grooming done as well. Thanks, Brian, for being amazing since we took it for assessment and also to the accommodating lady at the reception, Lyn. You guys are amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Their work is great, but the main issue is their communication. Not just towards customers, but amongst their staff. I was told by their receptionist that my car was ready it was just needing to be valeted, but when I rang the following day I was told they were still waiting on a part (that would also need to be painted). 3 weeks it took total which was definitely longer than what it should've took considering they already had all the parts they needed.
