Dropped off my vehicle for a rear panel job and got it back the next day! Repair was well done, not to mention my van looked fresh with some grooming done as well. Took my car in half an hour before closing time with no appointment hoping they could do a quick assessment of a repair job. They took the car in straight away, gave me courtesy car, and two days later job was done. Impressed with how fast and easy everything was especially with no appointment. Thanks!

Their work is great, but the main issue is their communication. Not just towards customers, but amongst their staff. I was told by their receptionist that my car was ready it was just needing to be valeted, but when I rang the following day I was told they were still waiting on a part (that would also need to be painted). 3 weeks it took total which was definitely longer than what it should've took considering they already had all the parts they needed. Took my car in for repair. Immaculate job. Blind spot sensors were not working when I picked the car up but the team at Brian Roberts took ownership of the problem and worked with the local Mazda garage to get it fixed. Thanks Colin.

I took a damaged vehicle here for an insurance assessment and was done in under 15 minutes. The staff were friendly, fast and efficient. Highly recommended.
