Their work is great, but the main issue is their communication. Not just towards customers, but amongst their staff. I was told by their receptionist that my car was ready it was just needing to be valeted, but when I rang the following day I was told they were still waiting on a part (that would also need to be painted). 3 weeks it took total which was definitely longer than what it should've took considering they already had all the parts they needed. Great service. The lady at the front desk is wonderful. Communication was spectacular. My car was fixed and immaculately valet serviced. Very happy with everything. Too easy!

Fast, hassle-free service - clear with communications and the lady at the front desk (Lynn?) has the best phone manner and customer service I have ever encountered. They even cleaned my car for me! Looks brand new. Super stoked, will be recommending Brian Roberts to everyone.

Great company and friendly staff. Car was finished before expected date and was cleaned inside and out better than the car i believe has ever been A+
