Love Burnups in Bowen! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We've bought numerous things from the store and will continue. Shout out to Tash for all her help when trying to get the right mats I wanted, she went out if her way to make sure I got what I wanted. Awesome store, awesome staff.
Wonderful service! I was after a particular cushion that was sold out everywhere else online and I emailed to double check that it was in stock as I had orders cancelled from a few other places, I received a reply not long after my initial online inquiry and they posted the cushion to me that day! Very happy!
Beautiful furniture. Great service - Delivery , set up , remove old furniture . Love this shop . Great prices too for quality furniture and bedding . Bought bed frames , mattresses and bedside. Happy customer 😁
Excellent customer service from the time we walked in the door and selected our beautiful new lounge . Friendly helpful and professional staff . The delivery guys were prompt and very experienced they arrived on time assembled our suite and ensured all was in working order and give some instructions of usage . Would be sure to purchase from them again for a smooth service . Thank you .
Very disappointed. We paid over $2,500 plus delivery and even took the day off work to be home for it. After being told our items would arrive shortly, we waited hours only to find out the delivery had never even left Cannonvale and Bowen staff knew nothing about it. The items were paid for over two weeks ago. Poor communication and very frustrating experience after such a good start in-store.
