Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Burnups, absolutely amazing customer service from Jason and the team (which coming from Melbourne I find rare these days). I popped in on a Sunday and got some great advice on different furniture options, I phoned back on Monday and was able to mix and match an option to suit our property and by Thursday they were able to deliver and remove my old furniture on Hamilton Island first thing in the morning before I had to leave. I recently needed to furnish my home and from the moment I walked in the doors I had nothing but help and great customer service. Kerrie was so great to deal with and nothing was an issue. Then came the delivery date and the two gentleman were on time, installed all the furniture and even helped me with putting my own couch back in the living room. What a great family team!

We had a warranty claim through sleepmaker and it was proving to be a difficult dealing with them directly. Jenny and the team took over for me and quickly had the problem sorted with a replacement mattress straight away. Thanks guys for helping sort this out.
