To make it brief, Luke warm coffee & mundane customer service. Bigger picture- the girl that served me was very quiet and mundane. Lacked any enthusiasm. As the face of a coffee shop, as you are the first person customers see, this isn’t a great look. The coffee tasted nice, just could have been a bit warmer, was luke warm. First time customer here, don’t think I’ll be rushing back!!
We grab a coffee from here most days. The best coffee!! And each time Julie makes my coffee I get the cutest little emoji drawings on the lid. The couple who have this Caffisimo are truly lovely and care about their customers. The photo included is with the emojis Julie drew this morning. Thank you Julie these are so special and make my day! ❤️
"I usually like coming here, but today’s service was unacceptable. Despite being the first in line, the server skipped over me and served everyone else first. Not only was there zero apology for the mistake, but the staff member’s(lady)attitude was visibly hostile and rude. Very poor customer service."
UPDATED REVIEW: Under new ownership and unfortunately not as good as it once was. I've been coming here for 5 years most weekends for breakfast. The service is not what it was and is slow, the coffee is inconsistent (sometimes the beans have been burnt), cutlery is not always clean, tables are frequently dirty, coffee sizes vary despite always ordering a large and on my last visit what I received on my food order was wrong.
