Brendan at Carpet House made me feel confident I'd found the right place to help turn my house into my home. He understood my needs and managed the whole process professionally from start to finish. Jeremy did a fantastic job laying the new 100% wool loop carpet. Brett transformed my boring carpeted stairs to look clean and modern by installing engineered timber. I'm thrilled with the finished product. Excellent service, quality materials and professional workmanship. Thanks to the whole team at Carpet House.
All I can say is, if you want carpet don't go past this place, good old fashion customer service for floor room staff to the boys that laid our carpet, fantastic.

He was also very patient with our numerous reschedules due to delays with tradies. The 2 staff crew whom helped us lay the 2 different carpets were very good at notifying us of issues once the carpets were pulled up. Carpet house recently installed the engineered timber floor and carpet in our new build and they have done a fantastic job. Brendan and the team have been so patient and understanding with the delays due to the struggling construction industry and not once did they ever place pressure on us which made the process far less stressful for us. Andrew went above and beyond with our timber flooring install and achieved a sensational finish. I could not recommend Brendan, Andrew and the team at Carpet House highly enough.
