Really disappointed. Despite staff being friendly my Grandfather was advised to get our ink cartridge filled rather than buying a new one "because it was a better investment" yet both times we have gotten the cartridge refilled it has not worked. Our printer suddenly doesn't recognize the cartridge both times which tells us that "refilling" these cartridges isn't actually the correct thing to do. Fantastic service. Sharon sorted out my Epson artesian printer, dropped it off and before I got home they call to come and collect. All fixed printing perfect. Great business. When the Epson dealer in Wendouree (??wizards) didn't want a bar of it.. Huh.
