I have had 3 positive interactions with the team at Central over the last few months. They did a great job on repairs to my old trusty Prado. But yesterday I snapped off some wheel studs trying to change a tyre (not one they worked on). I really need my vehicle functional next week and although they couldn't help me, the team did set me up with another provider who could. This is gold star service. I really appreciate the support to get me back on the road for next week. Thank a heap guys.

I am immensely grateful to the team at Central Tyre Service who went above and beyond to assist me with an urgently needed request. Their understanding and professionalism was outstanding, and their support and advice, to get me back on the road, was very much appreciated. A special thank you to Tim for his genuine kindness. :D

After another tyre shop had two unsuccessful tries at balancing the wheels on my 1990 Porsche, my mechanic suggested I take it to Central Tyre Service in Shepparton. They got them properly balanced and now it drives perfectly. Instead of wasting my time and money I’ll go straight to Central Tyre Service in future.

Called in yesterday to make a time to bring car in to replace a worn tyre. The fellow said it could be done and ready within the hour if it suited me. They were already flat out but fitted me in. No fuss and as always very professional. Thanks Rod and team.
