I have been more than happy with my few experiences now at Coastal Aesthetic. All the staff are welcoming & friendly. On my most recent visit I consulted nurse Aimee again, as she is now familiar with the outcome I am aiming for. Aimee achieves this through always consulting me first and through her considered attention to detail. I very much appreciate her honesty, kindness, patience & expertise.
Extremely unprofessional. I was running 10 minutes late (work meeting went overtime) for my first appointment so I called enroute to politely advise of this, went to a voicemail. No reply. I turned up only to be turned away by the treatment nurse, (no receptionist on site) told there was not enough time to do my treatment. No follow up call, no offer to come back later, nothing. Had wasted an hour total of driving time from my work. Decided to stick with my highly professional city based clinic…
I can’t express in words how wonderful my experience and results have been. I’ve been coming to coastal injectables for some time now and nurse Lainey is my preference and my nurse each visit. She’s an absolute asset, she’s beautiful caring honest and makes me feel really confident and comfortable with journey. And I’m so grateful for the results. I feel and look younger each visit. I moved from Western Australia and was worried about finding a new cosmetic practice for my botox injections. After heaps of research I chose Coastal Aesthetics and was not disappointed.
