I bought the 'Kiama' in 'Medium' (because my old mattress was 'Medium') but it turned out to be too firm for me (bad back doesn't help), so I rang Gail to see if anything could be done - I paid some extra $'s (not exorbitant by any means) and they picked up the mattress, had the topper replaced with a 'plush' topper, and the mattress was delivered back to me within the week - that's what I call service! We looked for ages to try and get a specific mattress for our caravan, solution was one made for us, but then had the hassle of taking our van to VIC etc, and without looking up came “Coastal Mattress Direct” just around the corner from us, sweet! Gail could not have been more supportive to our needs, kept us in the look throughout the whole process from start to finish, could not recommend them more and have told all our friends and family, give them ago we could not be happier with our mattress 👍🏽
