Very Poor Service! It was very good the 1st time. But the 2nd time around I brought my Car to them I was shocked that the customer service was totally very poor the second time around when they suppose to look after their loyal customer and the car Takes almost 2 months on them. The staff were terrible rude. Definitely not going there next time. And will not recommend to anyone. Absolutely amazing service! Staff are phenomenal and workmanship above standard! Communication 10/10 and they even cleaned the inside AND outside of my car. The receptionist is the loveliest lady and the guys are just as great, informative and thorough. Can’t fault them in any way. Will be keeping them as first port of call if I’m even in need of cosmetic repairs again (although I hope I’m not haha) have attached before and after 😊
