A couple of weeks ago, I popped in to get an estimate on getting my roof spoiler painted. While there, I also asked about whether a scratch on my car was too deep to polish out & the lovely reception ladies had one of the guys buff it. While it was a bit deep to come right out, it certainly minimised it a lot visually. Will definitely be going back when I am able to get my spoiler painted. Thanks, very helpful!
One of the worst repair experiences I have ever had. My vehicle was sent to Collision Repairs Takanini through an insurance claim to repair the left rear taillight and rear bumper. Less than one year after the repair was completed, I discovered that water was leaking into the boot from the same area that had been repaired. I had an awesome experience with this accident repair centre. After my car accident, they made the whole process very easy and stress-free. They offered me the option of a rental car while waiting for parts and even provided the contact details of the person handling the rental. They repaired my Toyota Aqua and now it looks like nothing ever happened — the car looks perfect again. I highly recommend this place - great service! The team communicated clearly throughout, keeping me updated on ETAs, and my car was ready within the expected timeframe. It was an effortless experience dealing with them.
Very Poor Service! It was very good the 1st time. But the 2nd time around I brought my Car to them I was shocked that the customer service was totally very poor the second time around when they suppose to look after their loyal customer and the car Takes almost 2 months on them. The staff were terrible rude. Definitely not going there next time. And will not recommend to anyone.
