I recently had to make a claim which was so easy. Rodger acted very quickly regarding emergency works and started the claim process with insurance company. Felesha then assisted until the claim was settled. The process was quick & painless and really does highlight the benefits of using a broker. I also like that Roger touches base every year to ensure my sums insured are sufficient and that I am getting the best deal. 5-star service all around!

Personalised service is of the highest standard. Stacey Higgins has looked after us for years and if ever we need to make a claim etc Stacey handles everything for us which takes the pressure off. Stacey makes us feel like we are not a number but very important clients as she would do to all her clients. When someone is good at their job is absolutely shows thank you Stacey.
