Amazing butcher, nothing is too much trouble. I am on the carnivore diet so they have been seeing me a lot. Been buying their Wagu rib cuts which are way better than anything else I’ve seen and more importantly when I asked if it could be individually cryo wrapped it was no problem. These guys are great. Help farmers are buy direct from butchers, stop buying from Woolies and Coles. For a start it’s dearer and the quality is poor.
Purchased five top quality pieces of Eye Fillet Steak recently to impress good friends, thank goodness they all asked for medium rare, the meat was absolutely mouth watering thanks to the quality and a big thanks to the owner of Cool Meats who prepared them for me. Out standing service, and a great price.
I’ve noticed staff are always having friendly chats with customers and they always call me their friend. The presentation of the shop is always top notch and I love that I can walk in and buy pretty much every ingredient for the dishes I need to cook.
