Recommendedmy shy, easily indimidated/scared 4yo has only been attending courage for a few weeks and already she is excited for her BJJ class, she giggles and laughs the whole time, and actively engages in the activities and games. The coaches are great.

RecommendedMy kids and I love training here- signing up was one of the best things I've ever done for my family and myself. The kid's martial arts classes are disciplined and fun at the same time, with a strong focus on honour, courage and resilience. About a month ago, I started the BJJ classes. I was so nervous to start but I'm glad I did- everyone made me feel so welcome. I'm learning new skills every week and loving the journey.
