Recommendeda very relaxed and friendly place to train. the moto on the wall never ever give up always encourage me to give all I've got. not easy after 11 hours day work for a 51 years old young men{lol} i come home after training with not much energy left in me but only to wake up the next day full of energy happy and with positive attitude. thank you.
