Every time I come to Townsville I make it into courage. The most complete martial arts offering in town, and one of the best in the country!! And.... have THE BEST fight shorts money can buy!!
a very relaxed and friendly place to train. the moto on the wall never ever give up always encourage me to give all I've got. not easy after 11 hours day work for a 51 years old young men{lol} i come home after training with not much energy left in me but only to wake up the next day full of energy happy and with positive attitude. thank you.
