Jennie Tonner and Cremorne Conveyancing have done the Conveyancing for two properties for me. The second project was a property purchased off plan which took over 5 years to complete. In spite of this long-time frame requiring Jennie to spend far more than the budgeted time, she was always friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I strongly recommend Jennie and Cremorne Conveyancing.
Used them to do my settlemebt. Pretty reactive (needed prompting to get moving). There were a number of things they didn't do (but should have) that im finding out about months after (like not changing adresses of bills to unit, etc).Also messed up transfer of existing tenant - I was owed around $800 in rent already paid for the period after the settlement date, but Cremorne Conveyancing said nothing was owed. Found out myself that rent was owed after settlement. They should've done due diligence to get a record of rent paym... read more
