The coaching is second to none and there are always plenty of option to deliver a solid training session if you are unable to do some of the more advanced movements. Great crew to train with regardless of which time slot you attend. Best Box in Canberra.
Great Crossfit Box! I was here for the week for work and they welcomed me as though I was part of their family! Loved the WODs, just like home!
