I have been doing intermittent work in Bateman's bay and I have been a loyal customer to Crumb every time I am in town. I have never been greeted courteously. It always seems they are rushing to close when I arrive in my lunch break just after 1 pm. I am not certain why you would serve lunch if you want to close 1.30 promptly. I went to have lunch there on Saturday and was told they were too busy in the morning and are shutting early. Hi Herman Mentz I offer no excuses but only apologies. Currently our kitchen is understaffed and we are advertising for new chefs (if you know any) I am disappointed with the way you were treated and quality of food. I am aware if the of the kitchen closing early. Problem being kitchen staff start at 4.30 am and we usually have an overlap of new staff that does the middle of the day and pack down.
