From the initial call right through to collecting my ute on completion, Steve couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the claim and did everything he could to get the process completed as soon as possible. He even helped with the organisation and collection of a hire vehicle while my ute was repaired. The car was immaculate when I collected it and Steve detailed it inside and out. Steve was absolutely awesome 👌. From the minute I took my car over to Cruz's, Steve immediately calmly checked the damage of the vehicle and immediately got the ball rolling with getting it repaired and was ready right on time. He went over and above to fix the car and keep us in the loop. Even a top-notch paint job. So when I came to pick it up, it was all washed and vacuumed as well.
