Been here twice, won't be back again. Mechanics have lack of care for other people's property. Had carby clean done, went in to pick up, brand new boat cover thrown over oil drum, not even in boat, mechanic picks it up with grubby hands...very poor. Quoted between $150 & $280, had to pay $350. Poor once again. 2nd time back had a back fire in engine, turns out main gear bearing siezed, fair enough, BUT, wasn't even asked if they could pull apart to investigate. Took in for service and without being notified they did more then what was needed, means more money, I gave them my budget and they blew that out of the water, thanks for making me broke and my outboard is still doing the same thing, not happy with the trash service. Very incompetent! What a rip off, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere
Would not recommend. Took our boat to Cunningham Marine to have an idling issue resolved. Took 3 attempts to have the issue fixed and when the boat came back to us there where scratches and gouges taken out of the hull from the boat obviously hitting something when it had been taken out for a test drive. The gouges had been horribly repaired with silcone which was still soft to touch. Took my 5HP little Honda Motor in as I wasn't sure how much life it had left in it. I wonder this about myself at times as well. But anyway these guys assured me it just needed servicing. Charged me a couple of hundred which seemed fair. First mission off the block for the outboard was to rescue an old mate who forgot about the Scarborough reef. No time for testing.
