I love the Dynamic Fitness gym! It is exactly what I have been looking for. There is none of the attitude that has turned me off other gyms. Small enough to feel personal, big enough to offer everything I need. It is a welcoming, non-judgemental space with chilled, friendly people just doing their own fitness thing. Sam is authentic and welcoming, he makes sure to give a clear induction to newcomers, and he inspires confidence as a true fitness professional. I feel super comfortable here.
