Sadly, this company ranks among the least satisfactory experiences, lacking professionalism, exhibiting dubious practices, less of communication and demonstrating a limited grasp of fundamental principles in both software and hardware joinery. Engaging with them proves to be a drain on both time and financial resources, as they appear to be novices attempting to learn at the expense of their customers. Notably, the lone exception is Jake Simms, the installer, who gave the company a 5-star review.
Absolutely dreadful communication skills, have contacted via email on multiple occasions, and left voicemails requesting someone to please call me back. I am still waiting for a return call or email over a month later. I would much rather give my business to a company that wants and deserves it. If you can't even answer a phone or an email, it makes me highly doubt their skill when it comes to doing any job to completion. Very disappointed.
From consultation to planning to installation, I can’t speak highly enough of the team. I was kept in the loop at every stage and had my kitchen installed on time. Highly recommended.
we had our kitchen and build works done by East West Kitchens in November and I can honestly say it's the best! They listened to our ideas and made the dream a reality, the team are approachable- reliable and amazing at what they do! I highly recommend using them for your very own kitchen rennovation!
