Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Things started off well, but it’s now been over five weeks and our kitchen is still not complete. We’re still waiting on handles, kickboards, and door adjustments, which means we can’t even use many of the cupboards and drawers. What’s been most frustrating is the lack of communication—calls and messages go unanswered, and scheduled dates have been missed without notice. Absolutely dreadful communication skills, have contacted via email on multiple occasions, and left voicemails requesting someone to please call me back. I am still waiting for a return call or email over a month later. I would much rather give my business to a company that wants and deserves it. If you can't even answer a phone or an email, it makes me highly doubt their skill when it comes to doing any job to completion. Very disappointed.
From consultation to planning to installation, I can’t speak highly enough of the team. I was kept in the loop at every stage and had my kitchen installed on time. Highly recommended.
