I’ve really appreciated how easy Jordan has been to work with, her communication has always been clear and proactive, and any maintenance matters have been handled quickly and professionally. I am deeply disappointed with my experience dealing with Ellis Parker Real Estate. They unlawfully withheld a portion of my bond, in clear breach of multiple sections of the Residential Tenancies Act 1999. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue amicably, it ultimately required legal intervention for the funds to be rightfully returned.
