During our holiday we've spent two days in Taupo. Usually we do crossfit and fitness. We wanted to have a good workout on our holiday. We loved the place, it was clean and relaxed, all of the equipment we needed was there and we could shower after our workout (nice feature if you're staying in a campervan like us). Would go back again!

I was a member ,age 65..at Waikato sports.Taupo Where I started this journey.2019 before joining I was weighing105ks.. Awesome gym, awesome staff! So welcoming and friendly, remembers their regulars. The classes are my favourite, as they are nice and challenging, and very motivating instructors. This is the longest time I've ever stuck to a gym membership. Way to go Empower!

It was great! I was down for a week and couldn't take a break with training, so this was perfect. Only $60 for a week and I came 5 times, so it was $12/session lol. And a weird thing to review, but literally the fastest water pressure for the bottle filling tap ever. It's so annoying how no one else gets that right, and you're awkwardly standing there filling your bottle! It's also huge. Got a massive range of equipment. I didn't even have to change my normal routine
