Venturing into the Bay for a break, my partner and I were looking for a sweet treat and coffee from traveling from Canberra to the Bay. Contrasting to my first visit, in which I stated the overly robust nature of the coffee, it has progressively improved in sweetness, taste, and intensity, which indicates a steady improvement of quality, and reassures they take customer critiques as an important matter for their business. Doughnuts beautiful, friendly staff however coffee isn't consistent as a local going lots. This week was burnt coffee it was so bitter and awful tasting. I'm sorry for sounding negative here but I think someone who drinks a flat white knows that also its not a cappucino so please hold back on the froth, and give us a reasonably full cup of coffee. You can tell straight away whether it's a goodie or a baddie by the weight!

I have a standard 12oz reusable coffee cup. Because the staff lacked paper based notes. They took a large lid to write my order onto. Kinda defeating the purpose of reducing waste. The other issue, my cup has visible lines that baristas can use to know the right standard filling sizes. They over filled mine by two inches. To the brim preventing the lid going back on. The donuts here are truly delicious, offering a delightful treat for any sweet tooth. Complementing the delicious donuts is the exceptionally good coffee, perfect a midday break / afternoon treat. The service is also a standout feature, with the staff being incredibly super friendly. Their warm and welcoming demeanor makes every visit a pleasure. It's a wonderful spot to savor some fantastic donuts and coffee in a cheerful atmosphere.
