I would not recommend First National Real Estate to anyone. Their communication is extremely poor and dealing with them has been nothing but frustrating. My tenants had a plumbing issue that dragged on for a month before being fixed. At no stage was I provided with a quote or invoice prior to being charged. To make matters worse, the plumber they sent actually cut a gas line, and I was not informed of this serious issue from the realestate and I wasn’t made aware that the tenant was without water for 2 days until I received... read more
Great service from everyone on staff! They communicated well and were kind & efficient. Thank you Ziggy Stagg for making property rental seamless and enjoyable. A great bloke doing his best to help the citizens of Townsville. Would gladly do business with him again.
It appears that a one-star review may be excessively lenient for this real estate agency. They take advantage of vulnerable single parents, resulting in substantial financial losses due to neglected maintenance requests that took up to a year to address, several resulting in significant injury to myself requiry medical treatment and time off work. Ive contacted them many times nicely and have been waiting on a person to call me back about my first house ive rented in 9 years and no contact apart from them saying there two busy and im being told im passive aggressive yet they've told me 6 times someone is going to talk me through it ...
