Based on my personal experience, I can't recommend First National Real Estate Townsville due to what is in my subjective opinion that the property was not managed well, resulting in repair and maintenance costs that likely blew out to well beyond what they should have had the team had more expertise in the repairs being carried out, perhaps by way of a better team structure. First National Real Estate Townsville was excellent in helping me secure my current lease. The agent was named Blaze, and he was extremely helpful and definitely went the extra mile in addressing all of my enquiries, big props to Blaze. I highly recommend First National for anyone interested in Townsville real estate, whether it is to buy, sell, or lease.
I have found rental agents useless on the whole. They are robots and won't speak to you. They need everything done online and if you don't quite fit the "system" they just decline you. Blaze was different - guess what? he actually phoned me and was prompt, efficient and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Wonderful friendly service. Prompt action on any maintenance requests. Very happy with renting from First National - Townsville Rentals. Will recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
As an interstate investor, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNTSV. Where do I even begin? They recommended putting my property on the market for rent significantly below market value just to get it leased quickly. To make matters worse, the tenants have been running a business from the property, and FNTSV failed to inform me, even though the tenants were transparent with them.
