Absolutely terrible experience. Communication was non-existent unless I chased them down, and even then, responses were vague and unhelpful. The agent showed up late to every appointment and clearly hadn't done any research on the properties we were viewing. I felt like just another commission check, not a client. We have had a wonderful time with First National this time around. The team have always been practical, friendly and accommodating, a rare find in Property Management. Thank you to Kate, Blaze, Sheryl and the team for a wonderful experience.
Based on my personal experience, I can't recommend First National Real Estate Townsville due to what is in my subjective opinion that the property was not managed well, resulting in repair and maintenance costs that likely blew out to well beyond what they should have had the team had more expertise in the repairs being carried out, perhaps by way of a better team structure. Extremely unprofessional. I have been trying to contact them through email for last 3 weeks, no response at all. I called their office twice regarding my rental application, and the receiver can’t really answer questions which is fair enough. Never got the chance to talk to the property manager. Looks like they don’t really bother about renting the apartments.
