As an interstate investor, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNTSV. Where do I even begin? They recommended putting my property on the market for rent significantly below market value just to get it leased quickly. To make matters worse, the tenants have been running a business from the property, and FNTSV failed to inform me, even though the tenants were transparent with them. after looking for our first home and talking to many agents we went back to the most professional agent! Really helpful and friendly staff at First National. Our move in and move out process were so easy and we will not forget how helpful Michelle was when we first moved in. Inspections were always quick and easy and our property manager Kate was at hand for anything we needed. Highly recommend.
Very poor experience to date. Sent list of concerns about rental property 7 weeks ago. Sent five chasing emails. Was promised contact back but it never happened . Copied emails to managers at FNTSV but still no action. Simply don’t respond to any contact. Don’t seem to care.
