Fit For Living Geelong is a fantastic gym to join! The trainers are skilled and approachable, offering structured workouts through personal training that have really leveled up my fitness. The personalized nutrition plan has been a game-changer for my results. The gym is well-equipped, and the atmosphere is super welcoming. Joining Fit For Living is easily one of the best decisions I’ve made. Definitely recommend!
I have been attending the group sessions since start of the year after consultation with Tim, shared my goals and where I currently am with my fitness journey and since then haven't looked back. I have received great support, guidance and a right environment to feel comfortable in my own journey. All the trainers I have met are well qualified and passionate in what they do with a kind heart. I would highly recommend community members to come in, have a chat and experience the environment.
My Son has shown great improvement not only physically but mentally and emotionally by his weekly PT sessions with Eric, Eric is amazing, positive and empowering, Tim chose the best trainer for my Son. I highly recommend Fit For Living.
When l first walked into Fit for Living, l loved its intimate, down to earth atmosphere. The staff were genuine and friendly, the music fun, motivating, yet not overpowering, and the decor is low-key and calming. Fit For Living was a good experience for me. The staff, trainers, l found to caring considerate and, dedicated to what l was wanting to achieve. The gym itself with equipment is what l like not over done, good workout space for true change. No tv screens everywhere, Nice Thanks guy’s Bill
