The gentleman who attended to me was fantastic. He made me feel very comfortable and he let me take all the time I needed to make my decision. Thanks to all staff😊. Also I want to thank the delivery guys they were great. Very happy with my chosen mattress.

I had a great experience the staff and the manager Jo were so knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel so welcome and comfortable and they were all lovely to each other - I would not go anywhere else and have recommend others too.

Sales representative was friendly, informative and professional. Delivery not so ! I was told there was no assembly of the two queen size beds. I was told I had to screw the legs on, and put the mattress on the base myself !! I’m a 70 year old female, on my own ( I’m glad they relented and did it for me )
Brought a mattress from Jacinta, her service was brilliant and took us through their bed match and guided us to our perfect mattress. I highly recommend shopping here at Forty Winks Geelong if you're looking for your next mattress.
