Couldn't ask for better service really. Came in to suss a rear brake. Left with my brakes sorted, chain tightened, tyres pumped, handle bar realigned. Even bought some new grips and pedals that they were more than happy to install. 5 out of 5 and I will be back.
Very helpful and great range of products. We went to multiple bike shops and no one else could help find a helmet to find my young lads skinny head. Freedom wheels bmx took the time and had the stock. We will be back again
One of the employees happened to show up while the store was closed and I was standing outside looking at google maps for options to repair my bike so i could get home. The employee looked into fixing my bike and when he found that he couldn't he went out of his way to drop me and my bike off at a train station so i could get home. Excellent customer service when I wasn't even a customer
Flynn was amazing! Fixed my bike with no dramas and very reasonable prices! Very friendly young dude he is!
Great service. Helped me out with advice, parts and install when I got stuck on a build. Highly reccomended. 👍👍
