I agreed on the cost of the car repair in advance, but after I dropped off the car and left, I received a call saying that the cost of the parts would be twice as much. I had no choice but to agree, but it felt like a scam. This left a very unpleasant impression.

I had an incredibly terrible experience at this car workshop. Their labour, service, and parts are twice as expensive as those at the official dealer. They replaced expensive parts on my car without asking or calling me for approval. They just issued me an invoice at the end, leaving me no choice but to pay whatever they charged. Even though I had booked an appointment with them, they said they need 3 hours to complete a regular service on my car.
