Had our Nissan X-Trail fixed here. Great service and really cheap too. The owner gave us a run through with the car and explained that would need fixing. Would highly recommend using this service.
I had an incredibly terrible experience at this car workshop. Their labour, service, and parts are twice as expensive as those at the official dealer. They replaced expensive parts on my car without asking or calling me for approval. They just issued me an invoice at the end, leaving me no choice but to pay whatever they charged. Even though I had booked an appointment with them, they said they need 3 hours to complete a regular service on my car. Had a great experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. I went just for a aircon regas, but the mechanic identified and showed me that there were gas leaks and in system. Also answered all my questions about that and another issue I was having with a car.
They managed to fit us in, almost immediately after we got there. They found that the radiator was blown and ordered the part right away for us. Unfortunately it will take 6 days or more untill it arrives otherwise they would have fixed it in 2 days. But that is not something they could control. Don't know if the price is high or low for NT (895,-) so that you'll have to compare for yourselves. We are very happy with these people so far. Also very friendly and efficiënt people working there.
