EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!! Mel and the team were able to delicately guide me through my purchase with care and understanding creating the most beautiful arrangement for my loved ones. Will definitely be coming back again.
The flowers were beautiful, cannot fault them, however this is the second time the delivery service has let us down. I mentioned in as many places as I could when ordering online that the person they were getting delivered to would not be at their work place after 3pm, so could they please be delivered before then. They were delivered after. If my request could not be met, it would have been helpful to be advised so I could have organised an alternative. It really defeated the purpose of sending flowers.
For a DIY bride, Geelong Flower farm was heaven sent! When I had rescheduled my wedding to winter, I was afraid I would have to give up my vision of DIY flowers because all the flower farms I contacted advised that winter was their off-season and they had no flowers to sell to me. Ordered a lovely bunch of white flowers. The process was super easy, there's an option of different bouquet sizes and delivery was quick. Very happy with this experience
I have ordered flowers from Geelong Flower Farm a few times to be delivered to my grandma. The flowers are outstanding every! single! time! Photo attached is the $60 bright arrangement. They really made my grandma’s day :) Highly recommend, they’re well worth it
